"In 2007 we were lucky enough to purchase our first cabin in Big Bear. The entire experience with our realtor, Alaine Uthus from First Team Real Estate, was very enjoyable !! Her helpfulness and expertise from beginning to the end made the entire experience so easy. We have purchased many homes and property over the years and commend her for keeping us updated on anything that was needed from us, as well as anything we should be aware of. Thanks again Alaine, you were a pleasure to work with. "

"My wife and I purchased a home from Alaine in 2015. Because we live out of state, it could have been a financially perilous and stressful procedure. However, she guided us along every step of the way and made it seamless. Moreover, Alaine kept us from pursuing properties we later would have regretted owning. She is the most ethical, honest and client-directed real estate agent I have ever worked with, and we have bought and sold several homes over the years. You could not have a better real estate agent than Alaine Uthus. If in the future we decide to buy another house in Big Bear, we will definitely turn again to Alaine for assistance."

"This was my first home purchase and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Alaine knows the area and knows exactly what each location offers. She took the time to show me many homes just so I could get a better understanding of what they all had to offer. After finding my home she was great through the entire buying process. It felt like I hardly had to do anything except sign a few papers here and there. She was great at dealing with the sellers and lender, and before I knew it we were finished. I can only recommend her highly and say that if In the future I’m looking for another home In the big Bear area, I’ll definitely call Alaine."

"Aliane helped me find my mountain home. She was so patient with me, going to see dozens of homes before I found the one best suited to my needs. And then she held my hand through the transaction of buying the home, dealing with some pretty unsophisticated sellers, who made concluding the sale more difficult than it needed to be. All, while I was living off the mountain. I couldn’t have done it without her! - "

"Our home buying experience with Alaine Uthus was amazing! She worked with our family for over a year trying to find us the best match for our new home. We looked at over 100 houses and never once felt rushed or got the feeling that she was tired of working with us. She answered every question we had and she was very concerned for our well being and looked out for us in every way. We ended up having a long escrow due to a horrible experience with our loan officer, however, Alaine was right there the entire time and even called the loan company to speed things up numerous times for us. We strongly believe that we would have never finished our escrow if it wasn't for the hard work and effort that Alaine put into our home buying process. We would HIGHLY recommend her for any realestate needs! There is NO ONE better for the job!!"

"Alaine has been a great friend for several years. She is also an outstandings realtor at 1st Team. She is very willing to help and is personable in her approach and very open in her technique. Not many realtors will spend all the time you need to answer every last question and there is never a rush-rush to get you out of her office. She works very hard at what she does and you can feel confortable that if you list your property with her that it will get all the attention that it needs to get it sold. I highly recommended Alaine Uthus. -Bob Wallace "

"Alaine listed my home in Big Bear in 2009. It sold within 4 months during a very difficult time in the real estate market. She really listens to what clients have to say and always take them into consideration when listing or viewing properties. She is determined to sell your property or to find you the perfect home. She takes pride in her work and it shows in the results. You can't go wrong here. A very happy client - "

"I have known Alaine Uthus for more than 20 years. In July 2008, after our last child had graduated from Big Bear High School my husband and I moved to the high desert to permanently escape the snow! We listed our house with Alaine and less than one week later we had an offer and our house was in escrow. It closed in 30 days! Wow! Were we happy and still are! Alaine is a wonderful person and Realtor. She maintains a high level of integrity in both her personal and business life. She will always give you 100% of herself and will only recommend what is best for you and your family. We would neither use nor recommend anyone else but Alaine Uthus as a Realtor. "

"We met Alaine while looking at an open house. We had given up on working with agents, due to them not knowing or caring what we need. We started talking to Alaine and after 10 minutes, she showed us a cabin that fit our needs. It was then that we started working with her exclusively. She only showed us the cabins that contained important features that we wanted and needed for our growing family and dogs. Within 2 months, she found us the cabin that we loved. She has not only been a wonderful agent, she is now a close friend of ours. When we start looking to upgrade to a bigger cabin, we will use Alaine. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and very accommodating to our busy schedule. Thank you Alaine!!"

"The service and personal attention I received from Alaine Uthus was exceptional. Her knowledge of the local market and her key contacts in the community helped us in our search for the perfect home. After patiently going through listings with us, she only showed us houses that fit our needs without wasting our time. She is very honest and patient. She wouldn\'t sell a home that didn\'t fit your needs.I would highly recommend Alaine Uthus at First Team Real Estate to help you in this life changing move. We could not have asked for a better Realtor to guide us through the process. "

"My son was searching for his first home in Big Bear, and as a Realtor in the Highland Lakes region of Texas near Austin, I know the necessity of hiring a local agent to get you what you want. I looked through qualifications of different agents, and I chose Alaine for her experience, reviews and personality. Alaine was a delight to work with. I stayed out of his search, and Alaine taught him what he needed to know about first time home buying. She also has helped him get set up as he did his actual purchase from Texas, taking care of details for him. I urge anyone who is interested in searching the Big Bear area, choose Alaine. If you want someone in your corner who knows the ins and outs of real estate, choose Alaine. If you want someone who will work to get you the best deal possible, choose Alaine. And if you also would like an awesome person to get to know as a new neighbor in your new town, choose Alaine"
